    • Initial Licensing Fee:
      An upfront fee secures exclusive rights to use the selected fragrance formula. Pricing is based on the scope of the partnership, including the number of fragrances licensed, exclusivity terms, and expected market opportunity.

      Royalty Rate:
      A percentage of net wholesale sales may apply to ongoing fragrance sales, allowing both parties to participate in the growth and success of the product.

      Minimum Royalty Guarantee:
      Annual minimum payments may be established to maintain exclusivity and ensure continued commitment to the licensed fragrance.

      Formula Buyout Option:
      Clients may purchase full ownership of the fragrance formula through a negotiated buyout. Buyout pricing reflects the value of the fragrance IP, existing licensing terms, and commercial potential.

Once a fragrance is selected, the formula is finalized and exclusively licensed to your brand.

Step 5: Receive & Launch

Receive your finished fragrance, concentrate cost estimate, compliance documentation, and supporting brand assets. Your exclusive license grants your brand the right to manufacture and sell products using the fragrance throughout the agreement, with an optional formula buyout available for full ownership.

We guide clients through selection, ownership transfer, and documentation so they can focus on brand building, production, and launch rather than perfumery expertise.
